Front Coil Springs Recommendation
We have the C10 almost finished but are looking for insight on possibly changing the front coils. After bolting everything together the front is a little lower than we can live with without inner fender modifications.
The truck has the '73-'87 crossmember swap with McGaughy's 2.5" drop spindles and stock small block coil springs with one coil removed. During the build we installed a Big Block, Vintage Air System, Vacuum Canister, Fan Relay Modules and Coolant Overflow Tank. Of course, all of these components added weight to the nose. Our thoughts are: Stock Small Block Springs (no coils removed) Belltech 2" Lowering Springs (higher spring rate) Stock Big Block Springs (one coil removed) Air Bags Thanks, POP

Would love to see more pics of your truck. I love the anniversary c/10.

Re: Front Coil Springs Recommendation
First of all beautiful truck. Maybe a set of new 3/4 springs with one coil removed should do the trick.

Re: Front Coil Springs Recommendation
I would go with stock small block springs.

Re: Front Coil Springs Recommendation
It's all going to be a guess or trial and error unless you just add a set of Belltech spring spacers.
Bags would be great because they give you adjustability.

Re: Front Coil Springs Recommendation
I’d start with this. It “should” bring up the front about 2”.
