Angry Anybody run 245/45/20s with a 5 inch front drop??

I just finished the front of my 84 with Mcgaughys spindles a WC 3 inch springs. Issue #1- The spring falls out when I jack the truck up.
Issue #2- The driver side tire is on the inner fender.
Issue #3- The passenger side is 3/4 to an inch higher than the driver.

I've lowered quite a few trucks but I've never ran a 20, and I've never had one go this low with just spindles and springs. Am I missing something here or can I just expect this with the 20s? What are my options guys? I can cut the factory springs but I know the top of the spring is keyed so I think you can only go a full round so it will be a half inch to an inch higher?

Big shout out to Ken (N2TRUX) and others for the input through facebook. Looks like the 3 inch coils are the culprit. I'm gonna cut the stock coils 1 round when I get off work this morning and see how she sits.
