Steering Wheel for S10 Column
I have a pretty ugly S10 steering wheel on my 53 Chevy Truck. Anyone see any nice (but not too expensive) steering wheels that will fit on a 1993 S10 steering column?
Thanks. Wade

Re: Steering Wheel for S10 Column
Most 70's and 80's non teloscoping column GM wheels will bolt on but the horn setup may be a challenge on a few of them.
Vega GT wheels used to be a popular inexpensive from the wrecking yard wheel that was pretty good looking. I haven't seen a Vega GT in a wrecking yard for 20 years though. You want a wheel with about the same amount of dish or distance from where it is next to the shift collar to the surface of the wheel so you don't end up with one that is up in your face.

Re: Steering Wheel for S10 Column
if your s10 was an airbag steering column you will need to pop off the airbag clock spring.
but be aware, the older wheels will fit the splines and bolt right on, but may not have enough dish to use the highbeam switch on an airbag column. if its the older non airbag column anything chevy will fit. if you have the room 64 impala steering wheels look amazing in the trucks.

Re: Steering Wheel for S10 Column
I wasn't even thinking that he might have an airbag wheel in it now. Those are the Nth degree of ugly though.
