When the parts start to show up in the living room, you know the obsession is real...

Re: Obsessed?
Mine never get past the kitchen. I tried the laundry room once and that didn't go over too well either.

Re: Obsessed?
I kept my vent windows in the living room for two months, and my door panels for a week. My window regulators were in my study for six months. My wife is very understanding!

Re: Obsessed?
Ha ha, true story. I have grills and shrouds mounted onto the walls in two bedrooms, and a couple of steering wheels on top of the china cabinet as decor. There are parts in all four bedrooms, the dining room, the kitchen, and two closets. Only the bathrooms are safe. Be nice when things are back to normal and the truck's built

Re: Obsessed?
Looking thru books, forums and back yards wherever I go, always looking for a new project. Kept the front end parts from ece on the table for about a month, just my wife and now that my daughters off to college. Which reminds me the back glass is in her room.

Re: Obsessed?
Priceless! I’ve got some stuff stashed inside the house in a couple bedrooms and the living room. My woman is usually easy going. Her braking point was a nasty tailgate on the counter and a grill in the jucuuzi tub. (How was I supposed to know she was planning to use the tub)

Re: Obsessed?
Is it safe to wash dash gauge lenses in the dishwasher like that? I am preparing to transform my 72 gauge pod into a 1967 (well, technically 68) one, and I was not sure how to wash the lenses safely.

Re: Obsessed?
Don't do it man!!! I was just using the dishwasher as a drying rack. Use a small soft paint brush and mild dish soap in the "kitchen" sink.
