1964 6 door Suburban?
I stopped at a house outside of Marysville California and found 2 1964 GMC 6door(oops, they have 5 doors plus the back, so I guess they are 6 door?!) Suburbans! I have never heard of one of these.
They are both for sale! I took pictures of both of them and the for sale signs. I figured this would be the best place to share these, and for you guys to pick one up! I have driven by this house many times and these have been in his yard for more than 5 years. One of these would be awesome lowered. The white one is a hard top and the green one has ribs across the roof that would be for a soft top? Last edited by Mykids69; 07-13-2018 at 10:10 PM. |

Re: 1964 6 door Suburban?
I lived in marysville back in 1993 and that green one was there at that time and for sale then too. I dont know if it is the same owner but I've seen that green one for sale for nearly 25 years that I know of
The green one is an ex Yosemite tour bus. Had a sliding soft top so that during nice weather it could be pushed back and the tourists could look up at things like El Capitan and Half Dome. My grandmother and mom took a tour in one of these back in the late 60's, maybe even that very one. Who knows. I dont know what the current price is but everytime I see it they are asking nearly twice what it's worth IMO. Hence why I think it never sells. Edit: oops didnt see the price tag but.....my opinion stands
