I believe he said "IF Scott is not interested".........you didn't even bother to check with me. I can live without the wheel, but if you are in that much of a hurry to sell an item, you might mention there is a time limit. Since I had no access to a computer between the time I requested the size info, and when I signed on to find out it was already sold, I could not inform you either way. It seems to me that you could give someone a reasonable time to get back to you with a decision.
Don't want to make a big deal of this, just seems to me that standard board practices give buyers a reasonable time frame to decide on purchasing. That was not the case here, IMO. |

board actions happen fast
Another 1 of my requests a little too late? We all have several ways to contact each other to inqiure and commit to deals. Pm's, responses to posts, etc. Bottom line if I was in sellers shoes I guess is to use my own ethics and sell to whom I choose. I like the unwritten board majority that 1st come 1st dibs. With inquiries getting 24 hrs (or whatever) to make up mind. I inquired on this very early but with outcome assume I missed out. I hope I showed genuine interest with a question which was answered timely and I responded timely but missed out..
Should we be saying we "want it" then ask question questions and back out afterwards???

Where?
Where can you find those? I see similar ones on ebay but without hubs.
