Pol performance online customer service
Is it just me or is it typical for pol to not respond? I ordered a couple grand in parts. Some of it arrived, some of it was supposedly backordered. I paid over $300 in shipping weeks ago and still nothing. Ask a couple times via email for an eta on the arrival of the parts and they simply do not reply.

Re: Pol performance online customer service
Ok thanks. I’ll give a phone call maybe that’ll be easier to get a response.

I hope you get all your parts and that none are damaged. You won't have much luck getting it taken care of, if your experience was like mine. I've even PM'd with Chris here on this board, with zero results.

Re: Pol performance online customer service
A few years ago I lit them up pretty good in the bad vendor forum. I see they still haven't changed their stripes. Bastiges.

Re: Pol performance online customer service
I went round and round with them last year for more than 2 months for some Bilstien shocks that were supposed to have been backordered from the factory. But the fact is that other vendors were able to get them but POI couldn't. It took at least a dozen phone calls to get my money credited back and the order canceled. If I was to guess I would say they are on a cash only basis with their suppliers.

Re: Pol performance online customer service
I've had good luck buying through their eBay store, but you have 2 layers of protection between the eBay resolution system and PayPal. I know a few people who have been screwed by endlessly backordered parts and unable to get their money back. Hopefully you paid with a credit card and you can charge back if they give you the runaround.

Re: Pol performance online customer service
Phew. Luckily I did use PayPal. Hopefully I’ll either get the rest of the order or my money back. Thanks guys.
