Anyone use Tanks Inc USPT-GH?

Planning out my fuel system for my stock 09 5.3/ 65 C10. My wish list is must fit easily between the rails. Must have an offset filler so it lines up in the center of a board (not the metal strap). Can't stick down too far below the bumper. And oh, must be cheap to buy. This combo with a GPA-4 pump and choice of sender is under $500. Plus the filter regulator and lines which I still need to figure out.

Re: Anyone use Tanks Inc USPT-GH?

I have the tanksinc. universal gas tank with the center filler installed in my 65 c10 stepside. I had to do very tiny amount of grinding to fit it in. I also went with there universal fuel lines as my 5.3 had both sender and return. The kit mounted real nice and am pleased with the quality. I used an aftermarket fuel pump as I thought it would be a little less money. If I had to do it over again I would order everything from tanksinc. it just makes the installation so much easier. Mu fuel sender is from the gauge packet I bought which installed nicely.

I really liked the Tanks Inc. tank, but didn't want to grind any of my frame rails to make it fit. I ended up paying the extra and went with the Boyd's tank. Glad I did. It fits perfect, the quality of everything is top shelf. Made the install and hook up really easy. I figure the extra money was worth the second guessing of what will work and what won't.
