1000 Cars of Tule Lake
I found this web page for a place near me that is liquidating 1000+ old 1930s to 1960s vintage cars and trucks - apparently one of those old hoarder situations that always eventually blows up, but a boon for collectors. Tule Lake is a dry desert climate so most of these trucks are probably relatively rust free. In just a cursory look I discovered several ADs, TFs, GMCs, Suburbans, etc.

Re: 1000 Cars of Tule Lake
The asking prices are listed and a good number are shown as sold. Prices are about what you might see at a major swap meet on the first day but most of the cars and trucks look to be in pretty decent shape.
A lot of the Tule Lake vehicles look like they might have been hauled out from a dealership and set in the field either after they were traded in or after they sat on the back row too long and didn't sell. Not a bunch of wrecks and not a bunch of stripped cars with half the parts missing. There are a couple there that have been my "if I had the money and time" list for years including the 60/62 Pontiac Catalina hardtops. Right close to 400 miles from my place.
