Ridetech HQ shock ?

Hey guys! I currently have an ECE 4/6 drop with their supplied shocks. I believe they are KYB brand. I’m looking to upgrade to the ridetech HQ series of shocks all the way around. So I believe for optimal performance it’s best to measure your suspension travel and custom order the shocks with the correct travel? But, I’m not sure how to get that measurement. Could someone help me out? I searched the site but I couldn’t find any good how to’s. Thanks

Re: Ridetech HQ shock ?

ECE has already taken measurements. Call them to get the Ridetech part numbers you need.

Or...

Front: https://www.ridetech.com/products/sh...owered-height/

Rear, but you won't need the brackets. https://www.ridetech.com/streetgrip/...ear-shock-kit/

Re: Ridetech HQ shock ?

you can also just take measurements of the length when the truck is sitting and RideTech will figure out what you need. They did that with mine.

Re: Ridetech HQ shock ?

What Matt posted is what comes in their StreetGrip kit which is a 6/4 drop.

The rear shocks in that kit look to be 2269999.

Or you could call George at Ridetech and he can get you squared up.

Thanks everyone for the info! I’ll prob just call ridetech and go from there. I emailed ECE asking for the numbers and they even suggested to measure for proper measurements.
