Generator Testing & Rebuild
Have some questions about a Delco-Remy 12V 50A generator... is there an easy way to test the generator output (while on the vehicle). I am trying to isolate a charging problem and would like to disconnect the generator from the voltage regulator and find a good procedure to testing the output. Very likely the outcome will be a rebuild - any recommendation on a high quality shop that does this? Thanks in advance!
