Some of the Chevy / GMC Truck stuff at the Tri cities swap meet today.
The Tri Cities Swap meet is an annual event that goes off the First Saturday of may just as it has for at leas 40 years.
I jumped in my daily driver car this morning and made the 65 mile drive with a breakfast stop in Prosser and still got down there reasonably early. The only thing I was seriously hunting was a 49/52 Chevy car license plate guard for my 48. None to be found. I did get a pair of steering arms and dash for one ot project and a set of somewhat abused hubcaps for the other ot project. Pair of TF rear fenders that looked real workable The chrome GMC grill was marked 275 but was nice. I think the windshield trim was marked 15 for the pair but am not positive. Black AD and green long bed were in the parking lot. I thought long and hard on the chrome Hurst style mount but the only ned I had for it was as a nifty wall hanger.

It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around. |

This was one really nice cab. he was asking 600 for it and the red doors as a package.

A shot of the green cab from the back. He had a nice looking core support for I think 45 too. Looked ready to bolt on.
Slick little barbecue on wheels and the same guy had a nifty wagon with a custom undercarriage for sale for 65. I think those guys had the offy valve and side covers in the same stall last year. 15.00 for a ready to paint oil filter housing. Black AD making it's escape when I was walking in the gate the first time.
