Re: air ride question

Do you have an aftermarket panhard Rod? If you have a lowered suspension and a factory panhard rod it will pull on the rear suspension making the rear axle not centered under the truck and can also lead to the bed/frame not sitting level.

What air-ride set-up from BC Fab? What are the particulars?
What type of air management system?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Re: air ride question

Was the air suspension just installed? Any other service work or suspension mods done prior to the 'air ride' install?

I would check for suspension bind first. Make sure all pivot point hardware is torqued to spec w/full weight on the chassis. Get it up in the air on jackstands (under the front a-arms as far out as possible & same on the rear axle). Loosen the pivot hardware & re-tighten.

Re-check & see if the issue persists. FWIW, my dually has diff pressures @ all 4 corners & even that varies depending on temps.

Re: air ride question

Is the issue just that the pressures are different. The psi difference wont matter if you achieve the desired outcome..
