1972 Chevy K10 - 565 paint

I'm just about as far as i want to go with this truck and not really sure what i should put it up for. Obviously its beat up and rust issues in the floors, rockers ect...But its a good honest truck. New tires, bumper, engine has been overhauled and everything works. It actually runs and drives very well. i have a bottom dollar i would like to stay around but i want some feedback and honesty. If i dont get what i want, i will dig into the rust repair. I really dont want to because i have a blazer i am trying to finish for summer. Thanks everyone!
