'68 - 6 lug rear wheel ?'s
Guys,
Recently installed a static drop 2/4 kit from ECE (awesome kit BTW), aligned and centered rear end w/ adjustable panhard bar. Stock, 6 lug, 373 posi rear end with smoothie 15x8 wheel (4" BS) & 235/70R15 tires. Currently I'm measuring about 3/4" (+/- 1/8") from inner sidewall to wheel tub. I'd like to put a 10" wheel (275/60R15 or bigger maybe) to fill out wheel well. With the abv measurements I need to go out but only finding a 15x10 6 lug with 4 1/2" BS and I'm concerned that the tire will rub on inner. Also thought about getting a spacer fab'd up but I'm pretty sure I'll have to get longer wheel studs. Question #1: how big of a job is it to install longer wheel studs being 50 years old? Cuz after installing the drop kit nothing comes apart that easy!!! Question #2: How much more is it for a custom wheel, 15x10 w/ 4" BS? Does wheel vintiques do that? Any other insight? Attached pics are after drop kit.

I got my wheels with a custom bs from wheel vintiques (series 62). I think it was $25 per wheel. Not sure if they do chrome smoothies.
15x20, 295/50’s, 5” drop springs and I have about 5/8” inner tire to wheel well.

Re: '68 - 6 lug rear wheel ?'s
I put 1.5" spacers on my truck with 8" wheels and didn't need longer studs and the spacer bolted on, then the wheel to the spacer. Sits right where I wanted them.
