Holes in JImmy floor

I was wondering if these holes right behind the drivers seat were for a spare tire carrier? I believe my Jimmy did not have a rear seat but did have a spare tire carrier.

Yes those are the spare tire carrier holes. Mine didn’t come with the rear seat as well and that’s where the holes were.
