Re: Slightly lower
Wouldn't be afraid to go 2" and 4" with springs only.
Did it to my '67 step side and it looks great. Check my profile for a picture as I cannot download any from my current site. |

Re: Slightly lower
Check Early Classic Enterprises website. They have pics of various levels of lowering.

Re: Slightly lower
Thanks for input and pic...I was hoping to keep natural rake and avoid leveling.

Thanks clay68c10 I've seen those pics from ece and lmc's version. Just curious about these specific levels...plus it's nice to see people's c10 versions

Re: Slightly lower
If you want to keep the rake, lower both ends the same amount. You need to keep in mind also, your current springs may be sagging and the new springs could actually raise it.

Re: Slightly lower
Here's my '68 with a 1-2 drop using CPP Springs
Iit is subtle, to say the least. This was the day after the springs were installed. I think it might have settled out and dropped maybe another 3/4 inch, but I don't have any more recent pics. |

Re: Slightly lower
I did a 2/4 static. Got the coils and track bar from Early Classic Enterprise. They’re solid quality. Great customer service also. I like the drop.
