Dash pad removal...

How do I get to the speakers in the dash? I looked from under the dash and I see speakers on each side, but there's no wires soldered to them. How do I get the dash pad off to get to them? I don't want to hack up my doors for speakers, so I just want to get these to work.

I need some tunes, I'm tired of humming!

Thanks,

Elwood
