Fit of pre-bent brake lines
This pre- bent brake line is not pre-bent very well
I can deal with the tweaking for fit, I have a problem with the pre-bent lines not fitting correctly in the stock brackets. I look at other install photos and it seems everyone has a different solution. What did you guys do ? What fittings did you use ? Up front the original brake lines are twice the diameter of the pre-bent kits. How did you fix the front hard brake line “T” to the frame ? This kit line stuff is all to small a diameter to fit proper to the original frame mounts. I am frustrated & want to move on. I could have saved money and time if I bent & built all the brake lines myself.

Re: Fit of pre-bent brake lines
That's why I make my own brake lines..
On the T ..I dont fasten them to the frame..I just let it float..the brake lines will hold it in place...I have seen some Ts with a mounting hole in them though that could be bolted to a bracket... Are you using stock brakes and master cyl?....as frustrating as it may be,you may need to start over with some new lines that match your setup

Re: Fit of pre-bent brake lines
Original lines for drum brakes all the way around are 1/4”. If you’re converting to front disks, the smaller diameter 3/16” is correct up front - if you’re retaining front drums, you should be installing 1/4” lines all the way around. Sounds like the lines you ordered were for a front disk brake swap. If that’s what you’re doing, then all good.
