Welcome! We can always use more 3/4 ton owners! Not to mentioned '63 3/4 tons still with original period hubcaps. What's great about original paint is no hidden body work. Wonder if it was Ivory or White? Paint code on kick plate tag. 292's are legendary, one of Chevy's best!

Nice! Judging by the steering wheel paint, that's a low mileage truck.

Anybody notice the original full foam cloth seat?. Seat should have the red vinyl trim also. This reveals it has the custom comfort option.

Hey everyone, thanks for the welocme.
Current plans... Got it running, just need to fix a few things: muffler better fuel inlet for carburetor get vacuum advance working rear turn signals not working - probably a bulb need to get some 8-lug, 16" wheels that take the modern radial tires need temp sender choke cable fix/attach upper radiator hose registration out of date bench seat needs uphosltery floor mats Need to do the wood slats in the bed - that's going to be an expensive, big job. Down the road, maybe change out the rear end so it will cruise down the freeway better. Possibly change the motor and trans - just not sure at this point in time. |

If you are asking about the hole locations for the bolts that go through the wood to the frame, I didn't drill them. The previous owner used shorter bolts to just bolt the bed crossmembers to the frame without going through the wood. I think it has a cleaner look that way, but I'm not sure how the previous owner did it since I haven't pulled the bed off.
