Need Help! Door Skins

I am doing the body work on my 63 C10 and my doors are awful. I am thinking about the replacement skins. No company out there seems to want to build replacement doors for 60-63 for some odd reason?! Looking at the door skins they are for a 60-66 and don’t look like they fit the 60-63 with the knee banger windshield. I am sure someone out there is having the same issue as me or had the same issue and can give me some advice. Thanks in advance.

Re: Need Help! Door Skins

When we did the 63 at work, we picked up the skins, and had the body shop slice them onto the good metal up on the 63 door. Turned out well...

No but I have a picture of the finished door when we did it I drilled out the spot welds and cut the door skin right above the door handle and then used a ground down screwdriver to bend knock off where the door skin is bent around the door

That turned out real well. I think I will give it a try. My welding skills have gotten pretty good with everything I have had to replace so far. Should be good. Thanks for the info man. Appreciate it.
