CTS-V technology in c-10?

I’m considering pulling my 454bbc out of my 68 c10, and swapping to a lsa. As I start to think through this, the idea of buying a salvage donor car comes to mind.

Outside of the motor/trans/ecu/tcu off the door car. How hard would it be to pull some of the modern tech from “this” car and put it into my build? (Keyless entry, grab handle unlock, push button start, etc etc? I’m sure someone, somewhere has asked this question or done it. Right?
