1972 door trim removal need help please

Guy i,am trying to remove the upper and lower driver door trim without hurting it. I think there is a special tool to trip the clips for this job probabgly made by kentmore. Can anybody help me out here. Also where can i get all new trim tabs for this job.

Re: 1972 door trim removal need help please

Protect the paint if your only replacing trim, 2 thin flexable putty knives, slide behind....push/ compress the spring action of the clip. Not prying trim off..it will pop off..by itself.....Classic truck parts is where I got clips, GMC pauls...etc...more than 1 kind of clip also.. front and back of lower door are bolts.
