Trucks With BuddyBucket Seat ???
I put BuddyBuckets in my 72 short fleet way back when and installed carpet across the gas tank and I like the look .
Now Im about to start the build on my Blue 70 Patina Short Stepper and have Blue Houndstooth BuddyBuckets for it but its going to be LS Powered and a Boyd Welding tank under the bed . You guys got any ideas on how to put carpet on the inside rear of cab ? What came on 67/8 trucks with those seats behind there ? |

Hey flashed, do you have a pic of your buddy buckets? Curious about the blue houndstooth cause I was gonna do something similar. When I removed my tank, I used that space for my amps and rear speakers.
BTW... I bought my buddy buckets from you, but I've never met you as my buddy picked them up for me. |

Re: Trucks With BuddyBucket Seat ???
Since the gas tank was there on 67/68s and yours won't have one you'll need to do something different. The factory screwed carpet using grommets. You might do that but you'll need a way to hold the rest of it against the back wall. I'd ask an upholstery guy for suggestions. I see people use adhesive but I'd rather see some sort of mounting strips for the carpet to fasten to, if you can find a way to fasten those
