1969 C10 ECE drop spindle ball joint
Does anyone know what year ball joints are used for the ECE drop spindles with stock control arms? That is what I am running now, but I am looking at upgrading to the QA1 front coilover conversion kit. I remember installing new ball joints during the install but can't remember if I installed new stock ball joints or installed 73-87 ball joints.
Also, does anyone know if it is ok to use drop spindles with the QA1 coilover conversion kit or should I just use stock height?

Re: 1969 C10 ECE drop spindle ball joint
That's my dilemma. I don't know what I have. Didn't realize there were so many options. Is there an easy way of determining what I have from a visual prospective?

Here is the Disc Swap fact there
you could measure your tie rods against it on the list or take apart your ball joints take them to the parts store to check against new ones to match up http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=456889 |
