Re: 73-87 wing/vent window
They are, but not all the 73-87 are the same. I believe they went from 73-80 and then 81-87. And also not all 81-87 are the same. There is the 2 piece seal and 1 piece seal. Now this only comes into play if you plan on replacing your seals. You need to make sure you get the right ones for your vent windows. If you do a search on this forum for vent windows, you will probably get more correct info on these. I’m no expert, but that much I do know, just not certain on the year of the switch over.

Re: 73-87 wing/vent window
They will as long as they are in the same year, or close. They did change just a hair, glass thickness and something else. But as long you stick close to those years, your good. And also, not sure if you know this. But you can always send them to Precision to be restored/rebuilt. I had my done from them. About a 2 week turnaround and they come back looking new.

Definitely a bit different, but all suck to rebuild.

Re: 73-87 wing/vent window
That’s why I let Precision do mine. Let the experts do it, it was worth the money.
