66 C10 Front Fender Measurements

Can someone share some key measurements on an
Original fender to compare to my repops? Before i prep these i want to see how close or far off they are

You just need to test fit them to your truck. Most of the issues are in the mounting at the rear of the fender and the fit at the grill support. This way you have them fitting your truck before you do the prep.

^ Agreed! I bought my aftermarket fenders so long ago, I don't even remember where they came from...but they ended up requiring a lot of work for them to properly fit. Required lots of slotting of the holes and actually the worst spot was the lower aft mounting point. Bolted up to the mount, it was 1/2" lower than the rocker panel. I would definitely mock them up before even priming them.

ok

thats why on a set of originals i can use that as a gauge when compared to the ones i have; and yes i have already primered them

didnt think about an issue on fitment at the time.
