66 Oil Pressure gauge oil line- how to install?
I have this kit from Classic Parts and was not sure how to install it to the stock gauge in the cluster. No instructions. It only came with the 2 parts for each end of the line which I guess is all I need.
https://www.classicparts.com/1947-77...ctinfo/24-781/ Is this all I need to do? Point the smaller cone shaped fitting to point into the gauge and tighten it up? |

That looks correct, I'd take the threded part by itself and try to install it first to make sure the threads are a good fit.
The other units I've seen have the cone as part of the threaded nut. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=639877 But I think it does the same thing.
