73-79 interior door trim that is NOT western stamped

Ive been pretty obsessed with Leisure Suit and didn’t realize our trucks had a non textured trim option on the interior door panels. I’ve searched all day for an aftermarket option but it looks like I need to find a used set. Anyone know part numbers, detail of what models they came on, any leads on someone that might have a set to sell me? After today I feel like I’m into a really hard game of where’s Waldo.

They are exactly what I’m after. Any intel is appreciated.

Re: 73-79 interior door trim that is NOT western stamped

I insta messaged with Jimmy the owner of LS and he said this part was New Old Stock he found for sale. Now, his doors are clearly wrapped and the scrolled leather is totally custom, but the polished/aluminum trim I'm talking about is original. Must just be rare off a burban or something!?!? Hopefully someone with knowledge on this topic chimes in. Pic mash up of mine and Jimmy's below.

Sorry, I didn't understand what you were looking for. The thin shiny trim is a plastic insert used on mid-level trim models.

Re: 73-79 interior door trim that is NOT western stamped

That's 77-80 door trim.
The scrolled black aluminum is high trim. YE9 (Silverado or High Sierra).
The bright aluminum is mid trim. Cheyenne, Sierra. I thought these still had the faux wood insert but I'm getting older.
The Custom Deluxe doesn't have aluminum at all.

Re: 73-79 interior door trim that is NOT western stamped

Would someone mind measuring their scrolled trim for me? I need to know total length and width. Fond another part off a different truck and mines 5.5 hours away.

that door has been painted that darker color on the interior.. and those door panels have been painted too.. maybe someone coated them with a glaze and wet sanded to get a smooth finish prior to painting

Re: 73-79 interior door trim that is NOT western stamped

The trim on Chromeaholics truck is Scottsdale and Bonanza trim level. Cheyenne had western scroll without a pull strap and silverado had the scroll trim but with a pull strap integrated . Custom deluxe is blank panel and no trim . All three trim pieces are chrome plated plastic. The wood inserts (77) and brushed aluminum inserts (78-80) will not fit the door panels with the thin trim . The recess for the trim is different depth and width . I have some NOS trim still and I can measure it in a few days after this weather we have is done . I don't think I have the thin trim Just the Cheyenne or silverado trim .

+1, I agree that it’s Scottsdale trim. That’s what my ‘78 Chevy is supposed to be, and it has those plain, polished door trim pieces on it. I can snag a picture this weekend.
