what's a good offer on '67 stepsidde

What is a good offer on my '67? I have had it 23 1/2 years . It's time for a redo.

Nice swb, I really am kinda out of touch on pricing for these trucks. I see people asking crazy money for them but I'm not sure if they are actually selling at those prices. I have a few projects I'm going to be selling in the next year or so, so I am interested to see other peoples opinions of this.
