Service manual

I need a service manual as I have reached the end of my ability to trouble shoot a series of issues by dead reckoning.

Right now I got 80% of the electrical issues fixed, but all the items needed to drive are fixed.

I still need to tidy up the AC wiring for testing, and figure out why my heat only blows out onto the floor. I thinking I am missing a vacuum supply. Which are my 2 biggest issues.

Which manual is recommended or most complete

Re: Service manual

The GM manual by far. I think can be found through Helm or look on eBay.

Re: Service manual

They're not as convenient as a paper manual, but Hatzie's PDF manuals are available free.

I saw those, but I don't have a working printer. Although tempting since I can reproduce as needed.

Does it have a particular name or anything to help with the search?

Re: Service manual

If you need a hard copy- check on EBay or http://www.pjsautolit.com/

Otherwise pdf copies at the link referenced above or googling what you need. For example; type in "1974 Chevy truck service manual" this link popped up http://www.73-87chevytrucks.com/tech...ice_Manual.pdf
