That is a good idea. I would like to make a universal pontoon that you could drive any pickup truck onto and chain it down. It would get paddle/propeller power from a dyno mounted at the back wheels, and pivoting cups the front wheels rest on to control a rudder. Fold-away stirrups or steps attached to the pontoon will help you go back and forth between the cab and bed for fishing.
