*Flex Plate Dust Cover Plate*
I have a 2001 5.3 with a 350 turbo transmission in my 49. I bought a universal dust cover that was suppose to fit all 350's and it doesn't fit even after I tried modifing it. The starter is still hitting even with the cutout and the bolt pattern is off. Anyone know if there is a dust cover out there to fit my application?

Just curious- How are you running the 350 turbo with the late model LS? Does it bolt right up?

Re: *Flex Plate Dust Cover Plate*
When I bought the truck it was already set up this way. Looks like it bolts right up just like a 350 block.

I'm going to say that those are designed for pre 86 engines with a 2 piece seal and a 153 tooth ring gear and with anything else it is going to be trim to fit.

Re: *Flex Plate Dust Cover Plate*
Thinking about it, even the stock plastic ones don't always fit right on applications other than the exact setup they were designed for. The " I've got one hanging in the back shed" doesn't always fly there even though it is marked as having come off a Turbo 350.
