Cool Can Anyone Identify This Fuse Block

It's in an '84 c10 but after some research it's not stock. Does anyone know what year it is out of?

Power Windows/Locks
Ac/Heat
Duel Tanks
This wiring harness has all these options, and the truck has dual tanks.
