Good luck I asked about those over a year ago and got no real answers. Maybe some of the guys that dismantle might have some used OEM ones.

There is a recent posting in the truck parts section about parting a panel. They may have what you need.

Large fender washers from the hardware store work quite well. Or just plate steel with a hole drilled in the middle
