firewall help

Starting a frame off.
I am in need of some insight to patch the plenum assembly area.
The rust seems to be focused on the area above the bend, The lip has rusted away in areas. I am going to go with a modern HVAC unit so the heater area will be patched.
What do you think?

Re: firewall help

My initial guess on the pictures is that either your file size is too large, or you're trying to hit the upload button with more than one picture chosen. Try hitting the upload button each time you upload one picture first. You'll have to hit the upload button 5 times to attach 5 pictures to your post.
