Divided paint job
I'm painting my 68 blue with white top. I'm trying to figure out how the doors will divide, inside to outside. I know the outside will be white but what about the inside of the top of doors. And, if different from white, how do you divide the paint on door facing?
Can anyone show me a photo of how they divided there doors for 2 colors. Thanks!! |

Re: Divided paint job
This is how my 70 C10 is divided. The white on the inside follows the edge of the folded over skin.

Re: Divided paint job
That’s how I did mine also.
Seemed to make sense. Not sure what stock was.

Re: Divided paint job
I don't know if this is right, wrong, or indifferent for my 72, but this is how I did it. At least it shows the difference between 1970 CST's paint scheme and mine.

Re: Divided paint job
I can see the original blue paint on the inside of the frame in a couple of spots where the repaint has flaked off of my ‘68.
