3.5" BS 18x9 will they fit?

I found a set of Dtowns in 18x9 with 3.5" BS and would like opinions on if they would work on a 63 long fleet 5/7 static drop. From what I found in need a 4.5" BS or 0 offset am I correct in my research.

Depends on how the drop was done.... That being said, I'll wager it would be too close to the edge of the fenders.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I have 8" with 3 3/8" BS and 235 wide tires, the sidewall is about 1/2" from the wheel opening lip. '66 Fleetside, stock rear axle. You'd need the extra width on the inside, or more backspacing to get 9" to fit.
