New Parts Costs
I was digging around in my stuff of new parts I bought for my truck back about 10 years ago and noticed things seem to have went up drastically in price.
I wish I could find my receipts to give some examples.

Re: New Parts Costs
Ouch!.
I still want to find my receipts for my drop spindles and rotors I bought back around 2012, but I think I paid at least $100 less than what they are asking for them now.

Re: New Parts Costs
Most of the stuff I built my truck with has actually doubled in price.

Re: New Parts Costs
I'm sure you folks that have been doing these trucks for years are right. But as a long-time hobby restorer building a truck for the first time, parts prices are still dirt-cheap compared to other vehicles I've done in the past. Compared to the prices on parts for the '64 FJ40 I did in 2018, the prices on the '64 C10 I'm doing now are amazing. And you flat don't want to know what parts for a '72 Porsche 911 cost...
