Anyone going to Dino’s get down in Phoenix?

Was getting parts for the C10 and a parts guy at O’Reilly auto parts that is into C10 trucks but doesn’t have one yet told me I should go.

Trying to get truck in good enough shape to make it there, just fixed a major power steering leak in the input seals of steering gear box, replacing both rear wheel cylinders, driver’s side leaking, probably some other issues.

Will probably go Saturday morning to avoid traffic on Friday coming from Chandler, sounds fun!

Re: Anyone going to Dino’s get down in Phoenix?

Yes, we're taking our 63 C10 to Dino's GitDown tomorrow, Friday is GM and Chevy Only day. It's a 90 minute cruise to the stadium in Glendale for us. Got it running again two days ago, after being laid up the past couple years when it died while idling for 15 minutes alongside the road about nine miles from home. It took a couple hours to get it restarted, right when a nearby neighbor pulled up to with a tow trailer it decided to fire up, limped it home not running on all 8! Then wouldn't restart at home. Did a 60 mile shakedown couple drives today, back on all 8, so we're rolling!

Take a lot of Pick Mike. I wanted to go but didn't have the time.
