Pics of stock height with 15 inch bias ply tires
Thinking of just leveling the rear of my original 68 short bed and then putting some larger bias ply tires. I like the look of the power king tires.
Hoping there’s some pictures of trucks with 15 inch bias ply tires. I’m trying to get an idea of what size I’d want to run. PICTIRE is my 68 and the green 67 is the look I’m going for Last edited by murguia; 01-17-2024 at 11:10 PM. |

Re: Pics of stock height with larger bias ply tires
The C/20 on top looks like it has a 31" tall tire on those 16 or 16.5 rims.
A quick look at the Power King tires for 15" rims has sizes that only go up to 29" If you want a look similar to that awesome looking C/20 you would need to go to a 31X10.50R15LT tire which is about 30.5" in diameter.

Looks like you have a coil spring/truck arm rear.
Is the way it's sitting right now the way it came from the factory or are there spacers or different springs in the rear?

I'm still building this truck but here it is with my bias ply tires on it and stock height. They are Silvertown 855-15.

I know they are Hankooks, load range C. I think they’re Dynapros. I will definitely post pictures. Hopefully I can get it out of the garage to get some pictures. The snow has been relentless here in Iowa recently. Lol

By the time I got the tires home and on the truck it was too dark to get a picture outside. Here’s a couple pictures from inside my garage. These are 31x10.50-15
