rockers and corners

Is 150.00 a side a good price to replace my cab corners and rocker panels? I dont know what the going price is and I know a guy that said he would do them for that. I just dont wana get screwed.

If that includes metal it sounds like a GREAT price! Unless said metal is thinner than paper
