Hey all, I am looking at buying a rig this week. One looks really nice, but does not have the 3rd row bench seat anymore. I knwo I am going to need that row of seating so I am trying to find a source for one before I make an offer to buy it.

85 burban K20 4x4, 92K, recent paint, tinted windows, AC/heat, needs a tire or full set. $2000

Seems like a great deal, but I hate to get it an not be able to find a bench when other rigs I am looking at have them..

Go to www.car-part.com & search for a "seat, back (3rd)" for an '85 Chevy Suburban, & when the choice for year range comes up, set it for 1973 to 1991. It will list several pages (if you search all states) giving locations, prices, & sometimes even colors.

Or go to www.ebaymotors.com & search for "suburban 3rd seat". There's several there, too.

I check both those places before I posted. The ebay people don;t seem to want to ship them :-( The one I found locally on car-part listed it being blue and having a rip in the vinyl, but they still wanted $275? Does that seem high? Let me know.

THE PART IS AN AFTER MARKET REAR WHEELS ROCKER PROTECTOR---GO TO 73-87--PU HERE AND SEE MT LISTING FOR HELP UNDER ALASKAN ALUMINUM BEAR..

THE PARTS I NEED COST NEXT TO NOTHING AND FOR THE HELP THE LIKE NEW SEAT IS YOURS.....

MY PROBLEM IS I LIVE IN ALASKA AND FINDING THIS PART FROM HERE IS IMPOSSIBLE---AND I KNOW MANY PALCES THAT SELL 4X4 PARTS STILL CARRY THIS FENDER TENDER---NAME OF IT ON THE SHELVES---
