lights

Check to see if all lights come on when you turn on the left then check the right if the lights come on chances are your flasher is bad, if no lights on front, back or both come on check light bulbs that don't come on then check fire wall plug just moving it could make them work if this is the case take the plug apart spray some contact cleaner (i've used WD-40 seams to work pretty good) in the plug and work it together then spray it again and blow it out with air then put some dyelectric greese in it should take care of prob. If one light in circuit is out it does not draw enough amps to trip flasher that is why they don't flashwhen a bulb burns out.
Hope this helps EMMETT:p

Sounds like a flasher unit. Have you checked out all the bulbs to make sure they are the correct 1157's and that you don't have any burned out. A burned out turn signal bulb or poorly grounded light assembly will cause this, but it would have to be one on each side. Not likely, but possible.

real quick way to test the flasher, swap the one for the 4 ways with the one for the turn signals.

problem solved. But it was this green wire that hooked on under the heat sheild on the mainfold. the wire was turned to the side and I guess not making a good connection. I turned it down like it was before I pulled the manifold and it works now. Is this wire have something to do with the blinker unit??
