integral power steering on a '67 C20?
Hey all, I just bought a 67 CST 20 2wd. It has the power assist steering and I am wondering will a power steering gear box bolt to the frame and work? Thanks.
BTW I will be using the parts from a '77 C20 2wd.

Not a direct bolt on. I think it can be shimmed out to make work, but i have never done it.

the worst you would have to do is grind down the wall of the gear box and then get some washers to put inbetween the frame and gear box, member GASWAGON has done it to his 67cst and that is what his thread is called

It will bolt up with shims or you can heat the frame to dimple it for clearance.
