I remember the truck very well, also got me started. Sad it was wrecked, but it's day had definitely come and gone. Would have been nice if it remained just like the magazine for nostalgia sake. I've seen many trucks with a similar paint scheme, and even a couple that didn't know where they got the idea it just "looked cool". That's influence!

I blame Chevrolet for getting me started loving these trucks. I have always loved chevy and GMC trucks....at least back to 1935....

Guy's Chevy got me to buy mine but the truck in ? got me to modifing mine. It was a plain Jane when I bought it back in 1986. Now it's modified how I wanted it to be. Old school look with modern drive train.The article was in fact in Truckin' mag. What issue I have no idea. I have it some where though.
